I run a window cleaning business doing around $200k a month — sales reps, crews, routes, the whole thing. I post all of it online: the pitch, the pricing, the neighborhoods, and the days nothing closes. Two ways to learn from me, and both are free.
Who I am
Doors first, camera always on
I started door to door with a bucket, a squeezer, and a neighborhood to knock. That part is still my favourite — the walk-up, the first ten seconds, the person who says no before you finish the sentence.
Now the business runs a sales team and a crew, and most of my week goes into calls, the Discord, or standing behind a camera showing how a job actually gets booked and done.
I'm not interested in selling you a course. I'd rather show the whole thing — what works, what doesn't, and the numbers behind both.
